Visit Nelson's Apple Farm Gift Shop and relives the past with our antiques on display. How many of you have ever used a "Stub Caster" fishing rod? Or filled a kerosene lamp using a glass lined kerosene can? You will totally enjoy the display and the fun of guessing what the different items were used for.

In the gift shop you will find a wide variety of items for your family or for that special occasion gift. These include preserves, butters, soups, salsa, honey, kitchen items, cookbooks, apple corers, caramel dip and more.

For those of you who like Minnesota produced cheese, Nelson's Apple Farm features a wide range of cheese. These are supplied from a small cheese factory in central Minnesota that raises the cows for the milk and makes many varieties of cheese. Some of the cheeses have aged for over seven years. Some of the choices include the following: Cheddar, Gouda , Mozzarella, curds, spreads and more.

Nelson's Apple Farm features home made fudge from a century old recipe given to us by a friend from the Ozark Mountains in Arkansas. She also taught us the special techniques required to make it the proper consistency so that it melts in your mouth. Several variations to the basic fudge recipe are used to meet your specific taste needs. These include: pecan and walnut. Availability varies.

COMING SOON! We will have Minnesota Grown Maple Syrup. When it arrives, add this to your favorite pancakes and you will have something out of this world.

Apple Dandies© are back by popular demand at Nelson's Apple Farm. This fan-favorite apple delight is a unique creation of owner Ross Nelson back in 1994. For several years people lined up at various county fairs throughout Minnesota to taste this mouth-watering treat. It took a hiatus and is now exclusively back in production on weekends in the apple gift shop. Watch as your Apple Dandies© are prepared and then savor the flavor of each apple ring, which has been dipped into a special batter, deep fried and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar just for you. Note, Apple Dandies© are available on weekends only.
